NVIDIA Omniverse
NVIDIA's collection of libraries and microservices for developing physical AI applications such as industrial digital twins and robotics simulation, built on OpenUSD.

Description
NVIDIA Omniverse is a platform of libraries, microservices and APIs for developing physical AI applications โ industrial digital twins, robotics simulation, synthetic data generation and autonomous vehicle simulation. The platform is built on top of OpenUSD (Universal Scene Description) and leverages NVIDIA RTX for physically based real-time rendering and NVIDIA PhysX for GPU-accelerated physics simulation.
Omniverse targets software developers who want to integrate prebuilt functionality (sensor simulation, rendering, physics, 3D data interoperability) into their solutions. The NVIDIA Omniverse Launcher was deprecated on October 1, 2025 โ applications, tools and assets were migrated to GitHub and the NGC Catalog.
