Blueprint-Bench is a benchmark created by Andon Labs that measures AI models' spatial understanding from blueprints and floor plans. Models must interpret schematics, read room layouts and spatial relationships, and draw correct conclusions from them.
This task is hard for vision-language models because it requires combining image perception with geometric and spatial reasoning. Andon Labs has evolved the benchmark into a Blueprint-Bench 2 version.
