ChatGPT Space

ChatGPT Space is a shared workspace in ChatGPT where pages, uploaded files, and other work live together, much like in a drive. Space replaces the existing Library for users on the Pro, Business, and Enterprise plans.

At the center of Space are Pages — editable, shared documents that multiple people can work on simultaneously. It supports comments and page-level chat, and each person can ask their own ChatGPT for help. Space also acts as a collaboration layer where employees and agents (ChatGPT, Codex, and Dots) work against shared context.

The feature was announced at OpenAI DevDay on September 29, 2026. Page editing is available in the web and desktop apps, while the mobile app is read and share only. The rollout is gradual.
