Eko SENSORA

Eko SENSORA (SENSORA®) is an FDA-cleared artificial intelligence platform integrated with Eko Health's digital stethoscopes. It helps primary care clinicians quickly and accurately detect signs of cardiac disease during routine auscultation.

The platform's AI algorithms flag atrial fibrillation, structural murmurs and low ejection fraction based on heart sounds and single-lead ECG captured by Eko stethoscopes such as the CORE 500® and DUO™.

In clinical studies, use of the platform was associated with detecting 3.5× more atrial fibrillation, 2.3× more heart failure and 1.9× more valvular heart disease compared with standard care. SENSORA received a CPT Category III code (2024) and a CMS OPPS payment (2025).
