Gemini for Business

Gemini for Business is Google's offering that brings Gemini to business use, marketed as the Gemini Enterprise product. Google Cloud's official page describes it as “one universal agent for the way you work” that operates across email, docs, code, data and business apps to carry out work rather than just suggest it.

It connects to the tools an organisation already uses — including Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Confluence, GitHub, Jira, Salesforce, ServiceNow, BigQuery, HubSpot, Notion and Asana — and lets users build their own agents in the no-code Workflow Builder as well as use prebuilt Google agents. Tasks run under each user's existing permissions with a complete audit trail and per-project budget caps; longer jobs run on their own secure machine in Google Cloud.

Gemini Enterprise routes each job to the best-fit model (Google models, open models, or ones you trained yourself) according to cost and quality preferences. It is offered in editions: Business (for small businesses and teams, no IT setup, up to 300 seats), Standard and Plus (with enterprise-grade IT controls) and Frontline (for frontline workers).
