Google Workspace is Google's cloud productivity and collaboration suite, including Gmail, Meet, Chat, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar, Drive, Forms, Sites and Keep, plus an Admin Console. Its AI layer is powered by Gemini: the Gemini app/assistant, the Gemini side panel in Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail and Meet, generative features (e.g. "Help me write"), meeting notes, translation and summarization, and tools such as Gemini Notebook (a research assistant), Vids (a video editor) and image generation.
Workspace is available in business and organization editions (including Business Starter/Standard/Plus and Enterprise plans), with Gemini features increasingly bundled into them. The suite runs in the browser and in mobile and desktop apps, and its AI integration includes grounding in organizational data (Workspace Intelligence / personal context).
