Hark Handoff is an autonomous Computer Use Agent (CUA) built by Hark, a company building 'personal intelligence' systems that automate computer-based tasks. Handoff independently carries out tasks on the internet: it navigates websites by executing cursor movements, clicks, typing and scrolling to complete a task end-to-end.
The agent runs in its own dedicated virtual environment with a separate browser and file system. The user can connect existing accounts, so Handoff logs in and acts with full context (saved preferences, history). Supported tasks include: food ordering (DoorDash, Uber Eats), shopping and checkout (Walmart, Target, Costco), restaurant reservations (OpenTable, Resy), recruitment (LinkedIn messaging and interview scheduling), research and comparison across multiple sites, and flight and hotel booking.
According to the maker, Handoff takes the top spot on the Online-Mind2Web (human evaluation) leaderboard, outperforming GPT by 8 points and Opus by 2 points, while offering a significantly lower cost per token than competing frontier models. Its model is trained with supervised fine-tuning plus reinforcement learning (learning from the success and failure of real tasks). The product is in beta (signup), with a planned launch by the end of summer 2026.
