How it works

The system gathers sensor data and builds a model of the environment, localizes the vehicle on a map, predicts the motion of other objects, plans a trajectory and issues control commands (acceleration, braking, steering). Machine-learning models handle perception and prediction, while planning and control modules ensure safe execution of maneuvers.

Problem solved

Human driving causes most accidents. Autonomous driving aims for safer, scalable, driverless transport.
