Applications include oncology (immune profiling, recurrence detection), cardiology, and pulmonology. Tabular foundation models (TabPFN) are used for medical datasets with limited sample sizes. Requires clinical validation and compliance with FDA SaMD, MDR/IVDR, and the AI Act.
