AGILINK is a Shanghai-based robotics company that began as a dexterous-hand development program inside AGIBOT (Zhiyuan Robotics) in August 2023 and was carved out as an independent company in January 2026. It designs and manufactures multi-fingered robotic hands and industrial grippers as end-effectors compatible with a range of humanoid robot platforms. Its R&D centers on "contact intelligence" — establishing, maintaining and adapting physical contact (force, friction, contact geometry) using vision-based fingertip tactile sensors, dense palm sensing, learning from human demonstration and reinforcement learning. The product line includes OmniHand (Lite, standard, and the flagship direct-drive Ultra-M and tendon-driven Ultra-T) and the OmniPicker industrial gripper. The company reports shipping more than 20,000 products and collecting over 50,000 hours of real-world data. The team numbers 60+ people (2026), scaling toward 100+ by Q4 2026.
