Agiloft

Agiloft, Inc. is an American software company founded in 1990 by Colin Earl as Integral Solutions Corporation; it adopted the Agiloft name in 2012. The company develops contract lifecycle management (CLM) and business process management software built on a configurable low-code/no-code platform. The platform automates contract creation, workflow, approval and renewal, and in recent years has been extended with AI features for document analysis and obligation management. It is headquartered in Redwood City, California. In May 2024 the KKR investment fund acquired a majority stake.
