It is listed on the Oslo Stock Exchange under the ticker AKER, and its principal owner is Kjell Inge Røkke (via TRG Holding); the President & CEO is Øyvind Eriksen. Aker's portfolio includes Aker BP, Aker Solutions, Aker Horizons, Aker BioMarine, Cognite and Aize. In 2025, Aker entered the AI infrastructure sector by leading a $1.1bn Series B round in the British company Nscale.
