It specializes in alternative investments and operates through integrated platforms: private equity, growth & venture (including Ventures, Life Sciences, Tech Opportunities, Crypto), credit, capital solutions and real assets (real estate). It manages assets on the order of USD 180–185 billion (2024) and employs more than 1,750 people (2025) across 20+ offices worldwide. Through its venture arm and “tech opportunities” it invests in technology, artificial intelligence and technology companies.
