Beyondge

Beyondge (Beyondge株式会社 / Beyondge, Inc.) is a Japanese innovation studio and consulting firm founded in May 2022 and headquartered in Tokyo's Shibuya ward. The company describes itself as an innovation studio that combines consulting with startup building, and operates across five areas: new business (BUSINESS), recruiting and hiring support (RECRUITING), investment and fundraising (INVESTMENT), mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and technology (TECHNOLOGY). Beyondge runs its own programs — "Go Beyond" (startup value-up) and "Next Beyond" (enterprise growth hacking) — as well as the "DealFlow" M&A support service. On the technology side the firm maintains an in-house AI team (AI Office) and delivers projects using large language models (LLMs) and generative and agentic AI, including sales-knowledge assistants, AI "clones" for sales teams, and automated sourcing for M&A processes. The company also runs a licensed job-placement business (licence no. 13-ユ-315224) and has implemented an information-security management system certified to ISO/IEC 27001:2022. Its representative and CEO is Takanori Nogami (野上 隆徳).
