Celestica Inc. is a publicly listed Canadian company providing hardware design, hardware platforms, supply-chain services and electronics manufacturing services (EMS). It was founded in 1994 as a subsidiary of IBM and sold to Onex Corporation in 1996; Onex remains a major shareholder (15.8%). Celestica went public in 1998 and is listed on the TSX and NYSE under the ticker CLS, and is a constituent of the S&P/TSX 60 index. The company operates 50 facilities across 15 countries and employs about 21,900 people (2025). Revenue in 2024 was US$9.65 billion. In recent years Celestica has been growing its hyperscaler and AI/ML infrastructure segment, manufacturing servers, accelerator platforms and high-bandwidth networking switches.
