Churchill Capital Corp XI is a blank-check special purpose acquisition company (SPAC), incorporated as a Cayman Islands exempted company, with operating headquarters at 640 Fifth Avenue in New York. It was formed in 2025 by Michael Klein, the investment banker behind the Churchill Capital Corp series and M. Klein and Company. Its sponsor is Churchill Sponsor XI LLC (a Delaware entity affiliated with M. Klein and Company). In its IPO, which closed in December 2025, the company sold 41,400,000 units at $10.00 (including full exercise of the over-allotment option), raising $414 million in gross proceeds; its units, shares and warrants trade on Nasdaq under the tickers CCXI, CCXIU and CCXIW. As a SPAC it has no operating business — its purpose is to combine with a target company in any industry, leveraging the founder's transactional experience.
