EverMind is a San Mateo, California-based company specialising in long-term memory infrastructure for artificial intelligence systems. It was established as an internally incubated project by Shanda Group, founded by Tianqiao Chen. The company's CEO is Jason Deng, who also serves as Vice President of Shanda Group. EverMind's flagship product is EverOS (formerly EverMemOS) — an open-source Memory Operating System built on a four-layer architecture inspired by the human brain (agent layer, memory layer, index layer, and API/MCP layer). The system achieves SOTA results on the LoCoMo (93.05%), LongMemEval (83.00%), and HaluMem (90.04%) benchmarks. In February 2026, EverMind launched a cloud-based version of EverOS and organised the Memory Genesis Competition 2026 developer contest with a prize pool of $80,000. In March 2026, the company published a research paper presenting the MSA (Memory Sparse Attention) architecture, enabling support for 100 million tokens. EverMind aligns with Shanda Group's strategy of building an ecosystem around so-called Discoverative AI.
