Fifth Wall is an American venture capital firm founded in 2016 by Brendan F. Wallace and Brad Greiwe, headquartered in Los Angeles. It describes itself as the largest investment firm focused on technology for the built environment, spanning proptech (property technology), climate solutions and construction innovation. It manages around USD 3 billion in capital, with a portfolio of about 170 companies (including Opendoor, Procore, Blend, Hippo and Bilt Rewards) and about 116 strategic limited partners (real-estate owner-operators across 20+ countries, including CBRE, Hilton, Hines and Marriott). Fifth Wall’s investments include automation and robotics technologies for construction and real-estate operations.
