GE Vernova

GE Vernova is an American energy technology company spun off from General Electric on April 2, 2024 as an independent public company. It operates through three segments: Power (gas, nuclear, hydro and steam turbines), Wind (onshore and offshore wind turbines) and Electrification (grid solutions, power conversion, energy storage and the GridOS software). The company states that its technologies help generate roughly a quarter of the world's electricity. Its headquarters are in Cambridge, Massachusetts, and its shares trade on the NYSE under the ticker GEV. Scott Strazik serves as President and CEO.
