GMI Cloud (short for General Machine Intelligence) is a US AI cloud provider headquartered in Mountain View, California, founded in 2021 by Alex Yeh (Founder and CEO). The company delivers full-stack GPU infrastructure built on NVIDIA hardware (Hopper: H100, H200, and Blackwell) in owned data centers, offering three core products: GPU-as-a-Service (dedicated and on-demand clusters), an Inference Engine (serverless inference via API/SDK), and the Cluster Engine (Kubernetes-based cluster orchestration). GMI Cloud is an NVIDIA Reference Platform Cloud Partner — one of only six globally in the program's inaugural class (2025) — and a participant in NVIDIA DGX Cloud Lepton. In 2024 the company raised $82M in a Series A round led by Headline Asia (with participation from Banpu NEXT and Wistron) and launched a data center in Colorado. Its infrastructure spans GPU regions across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, with a strong presence in Taiwan.
