Beijing-based embodied AI startup incubated at Tsinghua University, developing 'physics-native' embodied intelligence models for industry and automotive manufacturing.
Guangxiang Technology is a Chinese embodied AI startup based in Beijing, founded in 2025 by Zhang Tao. It was jointly incubated by Tsinghua University's School of Vehicle and Mobility and its School of Artificial Intelligence. The company develops a 'physics-native' approach in which models learn dynamics and contact through direct physical interaction, rather than vision-language-action models or pixel-prediction. It offers three core components: proprietary reinforcement-learning algorithms, a high-fidelity physical-data training asset, and a development platform. It has raised over RMB 100 million across seed and angel rounds from investors including IDG Capital, Dongfang Fuhai and robotics strategic investor EFORT, directing funds toward embodied-intelligence robots for industry and automotive manufacturing.
