Irregular (formerly Pattern Labs) is an Israeli frontier AI security lab based in Tel Aviv, founded in 2023 by Dan Lahav and Omer Nevo. The company specializes in security evaluations, red teaming and misuse testing of advanced AI models, and builds tooling and research platforms that simulate real-world AI security scenarios. It works closely with leading AI labs including OpenAI and Anthropic. In September 2025 it raised $80M in a round led by Sequoia Capital and Redpoint Ventures at a valuation of roughly $450M.
