Lattice Semiconductor Corporation is an American semiconductor company specializing in the design and manufacturing of low-power Field-Programmable Gate Arrays (FPGAs) and CPLDs. Founded in 1983 in Oregon, it is headquartered in the Silicon Forest area of Hillsboro, Oregon. The company has been publicly traded on the Nasdaq stock exchange under the symbol LSCC since 1989. Lattice's product portfolio includes families built on the Lattice Nexus platform (small, low-power FPGAs) and the Lattice Avant platform (mid-range FPGAs), as well as the long-standing MachXO platform. Its devices are used in communications, client computing, datacenter, automotive, industrial automation, defense, aerospace, and consumer electronics markets. Following AMD's acquisition of Xilinx in 2022, Lattice became the last fully independent major manufacturer of FPGAs. Ford Tamer has served as CEO since September 2024.
