Luxshare-ICT (立讯精密; full name Luxshare Precision Industry Co., Ltd.) is a Chinese precision-manufacturing and electronics contract-manufacturing (EMS) company founded in 2004 in Dongguan and headquartered in the Bao'an district of Shenzhen (Guangdong province). It was co-founded and is chaired by Wang Laichun (Grace Wang); her brother Wang Laisheng is vice-chairman — both formerly at Foxconn. Luxshare started making connectors and cables and grew into one of the world's largest electronics contract manufacturers. It is a key assembler of Apple's AirPods and, since 2020 — after acquiring two assembly plants from Wistron — of iPhones as well; in 2023 it became the sole contract manufacturer of the Apple Vision Pro headset. Beyond consumer electronics, the company operates in communications and automotive/electric vehicles. Luxshare has been listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE: 002475) since 2010, and in August 2025 it filed for a secondary listing in Hong Kong. For 2023 it reported about $32.76B in revenue, $1.55B net income and $22.82B total assets, employing roughly 232,600 people. Its dominant customer is Apple.
