The Ministry of Defence of Ukraine is the central executive body of Ukraine responsible for forming and implementing state defense policy and directing the Armed Forces of Ukraine. Amid the war, the ministry has become one of the world’s most dynamic centers for fielding military technologies, including unmanned systems, artificial intelligence for target recognition, and defense-innovation coordination platforms such as the Brave1 cluster.
