Momenta (Momenta Global Limited) is a Chinese technology company founded in 2016 that specializes in autonomous driving software and advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS). The company does not build cars itself — it supplies deep-learning-based software to automakers using a two-track approach: mass-production driver-assistance systems and research into fully autonomous driving (robotaxis). It is headquartered in Beijing and Suzhou. Investors and partners include Mercedes-Benz, Toyota, General Motors, SAIC Motor, Bosch, Tencent and Temasek. In 2021 Momenta became the first Chinese autonomous-driving unicorn, and on 8 July 2026 it listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (HKEX, code 6880).
