Nebius (Nebius Group N.V.) is a Dutch company headquartered in Amsterdam, providing artificial intelligence infrastructure — GPU cloud compute for training and inference, data centers, managed inference (Nebius Token Factory), serverless AI and MLOps tooling. The company emerged from Yandex N.V. (founded in 1997 as a search engine) after divesting its Russian assets and renaming in August 2024. Its CEO is Arkady Volozh (founder of Yandex) and its chairman is John Boynton. Nebius is listed on Nasdaq under the ticker NBIS and is a Nasdaq-100 component.
