Noematrix (穹彻智能, Qiongche Zhineng) is a Chinese embodied-AI company headquartered in Shanghai, founded in 2023. The company develops a universal robot "brain": foundation models (Noematrix Brain), a full-stack toolchain covering data collection, pretraining, post-training and deployment (Noematrix Toolchain), a library of atomic manipulation skills (AnySkill), and an embodied-data collection kit (CoMiner). In August 2026 it unveiled the Noe-0 embodied world model. Its approach is described as "force-centric" embodied AI. Co-founders are Wang Shiquan (CEO, a Flexiv co-founder) and Lu Cewu (Chief Scientist, a professor at Shanghai Jiao Tong University). Noematrix was created as a strategic spin-off connected to Flexiv and operates as an independent company. It provides its "brain" and tooling to robot developers and OEMs (a B2B / developer-platform model), with applications including logistics sorting, home/service robots, research and education, and manipulation in food processing.
