Nucleus4D is a spatial computing startup headquartered in San Francisco, founded in 2024 by Navjeet Chhina, Paulin Byusa and Miran Brajsa. The company operates at the intersection of real estate, immersive media and artificial intelligence, with a mission to digitize the built world and enable the next generation of physical AI and world models. The Nucleus4D platform uses AI and 3D Gaussian Splatting to create true-to-life digital replicas of physical spaces. From a single capture, users can generate immersive virtual tours and structured spatial data, streamlining and accelerating 3D production pipelines. On January 22, 2026 the company closed a $1.5M pre-seed round with participation from Antler, among others, to advance its spatial computing technology.
