It was founded in 2014 as the growth equity affiliate of investment firm Providence Equity Partners. The firm is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, with offices including Kansas City, London, Paris, Madrid and Tel Aviv. PSG partners with founders and management teams of software companies to support their growth, expansion and acquisitions.
