Independent public benefit corporation building open-source tools and benchmarks to measure real-world robot and physical-AI capabilities.
Robocurve is a US public benefit corporation based in San Francisco, founded in 2026 by Jay Chooi. It builds open-source tools and independent benchmarks to measure real-world capabilities of robots and physical-AI systems, reporting results publicly rather than relying on cherry-picked demo videos. Its flagship product is Inspect Robots, an open-source evaluation framework that runs any LLM/VLA model across different robot embodiments and benchmarks. The company went through the Y Combinator accelerator (Summer 2026 batch) and raised a $10M seed round in September 2026 led by Initialized Capital.
