Rockchip (Fuzhou Rockchip Electronics Co., Ltd., 瑞芯微电子股份有限公司) is a Chinese fabless semiconductor company founded in 2001 and headquartered in Fuzhou, Fujian province. It designs ARM-based system-on-chip application processors and is best known for its RK series (including the RK3399, RK3566, RK3568, RK3576 and RK3588) and RV-series computer-vision SoCs. Rockchip chips are used in tablets, PCs, set-top boxes, IoT devices, smart cameras, edge-AI solutions and robotics, where their integrated NPUs are leveraged for on-device inference. Rockchip is listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange under stock code 603893.
