SLB

SLB (formerly Schlumberger) is a multinational oilfield services and energy technology company. It was founded in 1926 in France by brothers Conrad and Marcel Schlumberger (initially as the Electric Prospecting Company). The company is incorporated as SLB N.V. in Willemstad, Curaçao, with principal executive offices in Houston (Texas, USA), Paris, London and The Hague. In 2022 the company rebranded from Schlumberger to SLB. Its shares are traded on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: SLB). Its operations span services and equipment for hydrocarbon exploration and production, digital solutions (including the Delfi platform) and technologies supporting the energy transition. In 2024, SLB employed approximately 111,000 people and reported revenue of USD 36.29 billion.
