Stretto is a U.S. legaltech and fintech company specialising in technology and services for consumer-bankruptcy, corporate-restructuring and legal-claims-administration professionals. It provides software and case-administration services to attorneys, U.S. Panel Trustees and fiduciaries, as well as depository and treasury & cash-management solutions. The Stretto brand was created in 2019 through the rebranding of Bankruptcy Management Solutions (BMS); under a buy-and-build strategy the company combined BMS (a Chapter 7 technology and services leader) and CINgroup, maker of the Best Case software used by bankruptcy attorneys. In 2024 Stretto expanded into Treasury & Cash Management and Legal Claims Administration services (including class actions, mass torts and regulatory remediation) and launched Stretto Intelligence, an AI-powered engine producing tools, research and insights for professionals. It is headquartered in Irvine, California, with additional offices in Denver, New York and Dayton. Stretto is privately held and has been in the portfolio of private-equity firm Stone Point Capital (Trident VI) since 2017.
