Xpanner Inc. is a technology company founded in 2020 in South Korea, focused on construction automation powered by Physical AI. Rather than replacing customers' machines, it retrofits existing construction and heavy equipment with automation kits (X1 Automation Kit) and supplies automation-ready machines. Solutions are offered in an Automation as a Service (AaaS) model and include automated pile driving (X1 Piling), solar panel installation (X1 Panel Lift) and GNSS-guided solar pile distribution (X1 Shake-Out). Xpanner entered the U.S. market in 2023 and says more than 90% of its cumulative revenue comes from American customers. It is headquartered in Santa Fe Springs, California, and also operates an office in Seoul. Its founders are Henri Lee (CEO), David Shin (CTO) and Ryan Park (CFO/CSO), with backgrounds at companies including Bobcat, Hyundai Infracore, Doosan and Volvo Construction Equipment. The company has been listed among BuiltWorlds Global Robotics Top 50 from 2023 to 2026.
