Zhejiang Fenglong Electric

Zhejiang Fenglong Electric Co., Ltd. (浙江锋龙电气股份有限公司) is a Chinese manufacturing company founded in 2003 and headquartered in the Shangyu District of Shaoxing, Zhejiang province. It engages in the research, development, production and sale of garden-machinery parts, automotive components and hydraulic parts. Its offering includes electric and internal-combustion garden machinery (for lawn mowers, chain saws and hedge trimmers), hydraulic components (valves and valve blocks), and auto parts made via aluminum die-casting along with system components. The products are used in automotive transmission, braking and thermal-management systems, in new-energy vehicles, and in precision control units for construction, industrial and semiconductor equipment. The company is listed on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE, code 002931; IPO in April 2018). In December 2025, UBTECH Robotics announced its intention to acquire a controlling stake in Fenglong for about CN¥1.6 billion in order to integrate the firm into its humanoid-robot component supply chain.
