Spot Stereo Camera Module is a Boston Dynamics in-house designed stereo camera installed at 5 locations on Spot (front-left, front-right, left, right, rear). Each unit contains a dual CMOS sensor with IR projector for texture in low-light conditions.
Generates 360° depth data around the robot, powering autonomous navigation, obstacle avoidance and real-time path selection algorithms. Data processed by Spot's onboard compute.
