Stretch Omnidirectional Base is a Boston Dynamics mobile base with 4 omnidirectional wheels, allowing the Stretch robot to drive and rotate in any direction without reorienting the entire platform. A critical feature in tight warehouse aisles and loading docks.
The platform carries the Stretch Arm plus an additional ~30 kg of payload. Built-in battery provides several hours of operation. Controlled via the Stretch System.
