Bota Systems Rokubi (formerly Rokubimini) is a lightweight, compact 6-axis F/T sensor developed by a Swiss ETH Zürich spin-off.
The sensor uses a monolithic strain structure with foil strain gauges plus an integrated temperature filter and 9-DOF IMU. Available EtherCAT (up to 1 kHz) and Serial RS-422 variants.
Measurement range up to ±200 N / ±10 N·m, resolution better than 0.05 N, weight approx. 165 g, diameter 78 mm. Very low thermal drift thanks to firmware compensation. Used in ANYbotics, Swiss-Mile, collaborative arms and teleoperation.

Force Torque Sensor · serves as: Force sensor, Sensing. · compatible with: Humanoid, Quadruped, Legged Robot, Research Robot, Manipulator.
Which group Bota Systems Rokubi (Rokubimini) belongs to and how it is built
A Force Torque Sensor measures linear forces and rotational torques at a single measurement point. In robotics, it is particularly important in manipulators, robot wrists, grippers, and human–robot collaboration systems. It enables force control, contact detection, load monitoring, and improved safety and manipulation precision. Sensors of this type are widely used in assembly, laboratory, and research applications.
