Intel RealSense L515 is the world's smallest LiDAR depth camera at 100 g. It uses MEMS LiDAR technology providing depth accuracy down to 5 mm at up to 9 m range. It captures simultaneous 1920×1080 RGB and 1024×768 depth at 30 fps. Product was discontinued (EOL 2023).
