Luxonis OAK 4 FFC
The Luxonis OAK 4 FFC is a modular camera carrier board built on the RVC4 platform (OAK 4 SoM). On a single 70 × 53 mm board it combines five FFC/MIPI camera ports, stereo depth and on-device AI compute (52 TOPS). Camera modules (OAK-FFC V2: IMX586, OG05, OV9282) connect over flexible flat cables and can be placed anywhere on the robot.
The board provides a 6-core ARM CPU running Linux-based Luxonis OS, a 48 TOPS INT8 AI accelerator (12 TOPS FP16) plus a 4 TOPS FP16 GPU, 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. It runs stereo depth, RGB-depth alignment, feature tracking and neural-network inference directly on device, offloading the robot's main computer (e.g. a Jetson).
Connectivity includes Ethernet up to 2.5 Gbps (2.5 GbE / PoE+), USB-C up to 5 Gbps (host and device), SPI / I²C / UART, GPIO / I²S, CAN and an SD card slot. Power is 6–32 V DC (battery input), USB-C PD or PoE+. The board carries an IMU (6-axis gyro/accelerometer and 3-axis magnetometer) and operates from −20 to 50 °C. Software: DepthAI v3, OAK Viewer and Dynamic Calibration (calibration without a ChArUco board).
