Robotous RFT80-6A01 is a 6-axis force/torque sensor manufactured by the Korean company Robotous, known for supplying sensors to cobot integrators.
The sensor uses semiconductor strain gauges with active temperature compensation. Range ±200 N on Fx/Fy, ±400 N on Fz and ±10 N·m on torques.
