ROKAE AR Series

The ROKAE AR Series is a family of humanoid force-controlled arms developed by ROKAE Robotics as part of its Embodied Intelligent Robot line. The series comprises the AR3, AR5 and AR10 models.

Each arm has seven degrees of freedom (7 DOF) and a cross-wrist configuration, allowing it to replicate human hand movements. Integrated torque-sensing joints provide force control; an end 6-DoF force sensor is optionally available (range 200 N / 7 N·m).

Payload ranges from 3 kg (AR3) to 10 kg (AR10), with weights of 7, 10 and 18 kg respectively and a 1:2 load-to-weight ratio. Repeatability is ±0.1 mm, absolute accuracy ±1 mm, and maximum TCP speed ≥2 m/s. Communication is over EtherCAT (1 ms cycle), power is 48 V DC, ingress protection IP54.

The arms are designed to integrate with humanoid robots, wheeled dual-arm robots and other platforms; typical applications include AI, data collection, model training and smart-factory automation.
