Booster K1 is an entry-level humanoid development platform from the Chinese company Booster Robotics (founded 2023, headquartered in Beijing). It is the smaller KidSize model (~95 cm tall, ~19.5 kg) alongside the larger AdultSize T1 and flagship T2. The robot has 22 degrees of freedom (6 per leg, 4 per arm, 2 in the head) and joints with 60 N·m peak torque and dual encoders. It ships in three compute tiers (Geek 48 TOPS, Education 117 TOPS, Professional 200 TOPS on NVIDIA Jetson Orin modules), with a stereo depth camera, a 9-axis IMU, and a circular 3-microphone array plus speaker. Designed as a platform for embodied-AI robotics, education and research, it supports secondary development via the Booster Robotics SDK and the Booster Gym RL framework. K1 won the RoboCup 2025 KidSize Humanoid League title (Salvador, Brazil). It launched in October 2025 in Beijing; starting price from USD 5,999 (Geek edition).
