Booster T1 is the flagship humanoid robot from Beijing-based Booster Robotics, founded by alumni of Tsinghua University's Robotics Control Laboratory and the renowned Fire God Robot Soccer Team. Designed for researchers, educators, and innovators pushing the frontiers of embodied AI.

The T1 stands 120 cm tall and weighs 30 kg. Its 23-DoF mechanical structure (head 2 DoF, arms 4 DoF × 2, waist 1 DoF, legs 6 DoF × 2) accurately simulates human-like movements. A GPU delivering 200 TOPS of AI performance paired with a high-performance CPU enables real-time execution of complex AI algorithms on-device.

The T1's low-reduction-ratio quasi-direct-drive joints provide exceptional flexibility and shock resistance up to 15 N·s instantaneous impact. An autonomous fall detection and ground recovery system ensures continuous operation even after falls. Supported by Booster Robotics SDK (C++/Python), NVIDIA Isaac ecosystem (Isaac Sim, Isaac Lab/booster_gym), ROS 2, MuJoCo, and Webots.

Booster T1 won two consecutive world championships at IEEE-RAS Humanoids 2024 and became an official RoboCup partner. The robot debuted publicly at NVIDIA's Spring Festival Reception in 2025. The company open-sourced its ball-kicking system and RoboCup demo, building an active global developer community.
