Burro Grande 44

Burro

Announced

The Burro Grande 44 is the company's most powerful autonomous platform to date and its first purpose-built for heavy industry. It combines 44 hp peak power, 6,000 lb (~2,722 kg) towing capacity, and a solid steel cargo tray rated for up to 1,500 lb (~680 kg). The robot operates both indoors and outdoors — on gravel, mud, slopes, and in variable weather — without infrastructure modifications such as magnetic tape, reflectors, or controlled lighting.

The platform leverages autonomy proven across more than 750 deployed robots and over one million hours of field operation in the U.S., Australia, New Zealand, the U.K., Israel, and Latin America. Typical workloads include autonomous towing and intermodal transport, payload movement across industrial campuses, scouting and asset auditing with RFID readers, and groundskeeping with the Cortador (autonomous mower) and Sprayito (selective spot sprayer) attachments. Pre-orders opened in June 2026, with first deliveries expected in the second half of 2026.
