FF Nova Mini is an educational bipedal humanoid robot designed to teach Physical AI through play. Positioned as the entry-level model in the FF robotics ecosystem, it combines the robot with a beginner curriculum and teacher training.
The robot is 34.9 cm tall and weighs 0.94 kg, making it light and portable. Its aluminum-alloy frame houses 17 servos (1 in the head, 3 per arm and 5 per leg). Nova Mini walks with a human-like gait, turns, balances on its own and gets back up after falling, and can perform stunts such as forward rolls.
Interaction is screen-free: the robot understands 40+ built-in voice commands and ships with 50+ preloaded moves and dances. Programming is dual-mode: visual block coding (Brain Blocks) and teach-by-hand posing (record and play back poses). The robot is priced at $299.
