MATRIX-3

MATRIX-3 is the third-generation humanoid robot from Matrix Robotics, officially unveiled on January 10, 2026. The manufacturer describes it as a safe, autonomous, and highly generalizable physical intelligence platform capable of performing complex, human-like tasks. The robot combines biomimetic design (3D woven skin with a distributed sensing network and high-sensitivity fingertip tactile sensors detecting pressure as low as 0.1 N) with a 27-DoF cable-driven dexterous hand and a proprietary neural network architecture developed by Matrix Super Intelligence, enabling zero-shot generalization. An Early Access Program has been opened for select industry partners, with initial pilot deployments expected from mid-2026.
