The UBTECH Cruzr Y1 is a wheeled industrial humanoid mounted on a mobile, omnidirectional wheeled base, unveiled globally on 25 June 2026. It combines a humanoid torso with two arms (7 degrees of freedom each) ending in grippers, a head display and a vertical lifting column on a powered chassis — it is not a bipedal design.
The Cruzr Y1 targets logistics and manufacturing tasks: autonomous palletizing and depalletizing, sorting of unordered and mixed materials, machine tending (loading and unloading of CNC and molding machines), and moving totes and parcels. Perception is provided by a network of sensors — LiDAR, RGB/RGBD cameras and ToF placed in the head, wrists and chassis — giving a full 360° field of view.
The robot runs on domestic Digua (D-Robotics) S100P and S600 series computing chips, and its autonomy is driven by the ROSA platform, a vision-language-action (VLA) model and UBTECH's proprietary industrial agent, Co-Agent. A lithium battery delivers over four hours of operation at full load, with automatic charging and fast battery swapping enabling around-the-clock work. UBTECH provides a full SDK suite and a multi-robot fleet-management platform.
