The UBTECH Walker C1 is a full-size humanoid service robot introduced by the Chinese company UBTECH Robotics in 2026. The manufacturer positions it as a commercial platform for urban environments โ reception, customer service, tour guiding and performances.
Design and specifications
The robot stands about 165 cm tall and weighs about 50 kg, with 26 degrees of freedom. It carries a camera suite (two fish-eye cameras, a binocular/stereo camera and a monocular camera), a four-microphone array, two speakers, a chest LCD display and high-precision IMU sensors. Dexterous hands (10 degrees of freedom each) are available as an option.
Artificial intelligence
Walker C1 uses a built-in world model and a multimodal AI engine from the UBTECH Thinker family, intended to provide environmental perception, multilingual voice interaction and dynamic whole-body motion.
Applications
The manufacturer lists uses in reception and tour guiding, retail, hospitality, education, cultural performances, patrol, and research and development. The robot exposes standard interfaces and an SDK for secondary development.
UBTECH has not yet published a full spec sheet for the robot โ including movement speed, battery runtime or price.
